Founder and proprietor of Cutie Pies of Raleigh, Thomas "Tom" Milloway, has loved food and the art of cooking since the early age of twelve. Whether it be cooking a Veal Scallopini for a family event or making homemade eggnog on a moment's notice for a Christmas party, Tom always felt at home in the kitchen. After twenty years in corporate America, he felt a change was needed.
Prior to 2017, Tom had never worked in the food industry until he was hired as a steward at a major restaurant chain where he worked his way up to becoming a prep cook. It was here that he received various recognitions for his efforts in the kitchen. While working on his new career, he also returned to school at Wake Technical Community College achieving a Certificate of Baking and Pastry Arts. This accomplishment also granted him a SERV Safe Certification as well.
Cutie Pies of Raleigh is where Tom has the opportunity to display all of his hard work and delicious baked goods such as his Garlic and Rosemary Bread, Apple and Lemon Chess Pies, Chocolate Chip Cookies with Candied Pecans and Walnuts, Scones, Cakes and much, much more.
